Please don't arrive early or stay past your booking. There's no grace period, so plan setup and cleanup inside your reserved time. During busy seasons, renters are often back to back.

All bookings are paid in full when you reserve and are non-refundable. You can reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your session.

Up to 10 people per session, including you. Pets are welcome as long as you clean up after them. Confetti is fine if every piece is cleaned up; smoke bombs are not allowed.

Use anything you see in the studio. When you're done, spray props for cleanliness and put everything back where you found it. Used blankets and wraps go in the hamper so we can wash them.

Reset the studio the way you found it, set the thermostat back to 72° (cool or heat depending on the season), and send us a short video of the clean space when you're done.
